Weekly Staff Report
January 21-25

*Vacation
I am taking 1 of my 3 wks of vacation February 18-22
I won't be in the office till Tuesday the 26th, but will certainly work
35hrs from Tue-Fri.  

*Finances: total in accounts $2,340.09
Income: $240 (dues renewals, contribution: fall appeal, merchandise)
Expenses: $3.82 postmaster FEC filing mailed certified, $200.48
healthcare for Feb., $99.80 Copying of Jan. newsletter, $876.14 salary,
payroll taxes, and payroll service fee.

*at the end of every month I'll include numbers: members, and monthly
sustainers...how many people renewed...etc. also a budget comparision of
projected vs actual.

*Work Summary
-usual: email update, email/phone/inbox/post office, deposit$
-finished and mailed off FEC filing
-database updates
-sent newsletter to printer (thanks again to Amy Rothstein for working
on the layout), will label and mail out Monday.
-monthly sustainers ( a few new ones added)
