[adcom] next adcom meeting 2/3

I have it down that our next adcom meeting will be in Worcester on February 3
from 1-4.  Do we have a venue for it?  If not, should we meet somewhere else?  

What can we do to urge the statecom to approve a proposal regarding regional
representatives to the adcom?  right now they can only be members of the
statecom, which has proven to be too much extra work for most statecom reps. 
If we could get statecom to pass a resolution that was (somewhere) on the
agenda from last weekend's meeting which would allow any green to be elected
from the general green populace, then we could get regional reps to take part
in adcom meetings as soon as possible.  Perhaps this will have to wait until
the convention in April?
