Weekly Staff Report
January 14th - 18th

*Finances: total in accounts $3,280.33

Expenses: none paid out this week
Income: deposited $728, $118 from State Committee Mtg, $610 from dues,
dues renewals and contributions.

*at the end of every month I'll include numbers: members, and monthly
sustainers...how many people renewed...etc. also a budget comparision of
projected vs actual.

*Work Summary
-deduct contributions from monthly sustainers (will be doing this 15th
of every month, or very close to...)
-sent 3rd renewal notice to people who have been lapsed since before
June 01 (those lapsed from June and on received notice Jan 2nd, will
send out next renewal notice Feb.2nd)
-sent Newsletter content to Amy Rothstein, a very skilled and talented
Waltham Green who has been so gracious to help me with it
-some database updates
-worked on FEC filing due 1/31 (a little more to complete)
-finished OCPF filing due 1/22
-going into Boston today to meet with Dan, so he can review/sign off on
year end filings

*Need from Adcom/Statecom
-help with fundraising
-assistance organizing State Convention
