[adcom] Saturday's meeting

Dear Fellow Administrative Committee members,

Ken is home and has agreed to facilitate on Saturday. He has accepted responsibility for prioritizing the agenda, putting the less immediate items on the bottom, since there is more than 2 hours worth of discussion presently. Pat will take minutes if his laptop is back from the hospital (he'll know Friday.) If not, he and I both leave for Colombia Tuesday, so neither of us have time to type up handwritten notes, so either we'll need to borrow someone else's laptop or someone else will need to take minutes. 

Since we are meeting over lunch, please bring something to share potluck style and bring your own dishes, utensils, etc. There is a kitchen for washing up afterwards.
