Weekly Staff Report
Wk Dec. 31st - Jan 4th

Hello,

Thought it might be helpful to send a Weekly Staff Report.  This will
include things like: current state of finances, summary of what I did,
and what I need from adcom or statecom members. Please remember this is
just a brief summary so the work details are limited.

Started working 7hrs/day Jan 2nd., will be working 35hrs/wk now - up
from 30hrs/wk.  Also payed for the first month of healthcare - effective
Jan 01.  I found a service that will provide healthcare to just one
employee we join their organization for $100 yr, and then pay $200/mo.

*Finances - total in our accounts $3,296.26

*Work Summary
-just moved into an office 3x the size, same building upstairs so spent
some time moving and unpacking
-sent out renewal notices to all lapsed members
-did some database updates
-general inbox, sending thank u letters, new member packets etc...
-preparing documents for year end filing (will be meeting with Treasurer
next week to take care of year end filing)

I did track my days by hour for almost a month and sent it to adcom, who
requested it to get a sense of what I do - should I send it to statecom?
 Or if folks individually want it, I can forward it. Let me know!

Please note that daily: I check email, post office box, backup
everything to a zip, return phone calls. Weekly: email update, Biweekly
I backup everything to a zip and place it in a safety deposit box, did
that today.

*Need from Adcom/Statecom
Will better develop this in weeks to come. Hoping it will keep us all
better connected and help with accountability, and also help me
decentralize some functions that I need help with.
