[adcom] resigning

Hi All,

I feel compelled to resign as MetroBoston Regional
Rep.  While I'm psyched to be a Suffolk Cty. State
Committee delegate, and follow all correspondence
avidly, I simply lack the energy to meet the regional
rep. post's requirements as laid out in the bylaws. 
I'd rather open the slot for someone with greater zeal
and fewer double-lives.
